Esty Spot is exclusively for Estheticians. Even those who are still in study. We want to give everyone from students to master estheticians a chance to build their business for success. There will be a place where you can enter your school of esthetics or place of work/business.
WHAT IS YOUR REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY?
You have 30 days from delivery for everything that is eligible for a refund/exchange. If more than the allotted time has gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. All goods are subject to a $4.95 restocking fee.
- Any shipment refused from the carrier without contacting Estyspot.com first, may be subject to a 25% restocking fee and/or our cost for shipping - whichever is greater.
Please note customers are responsible for shipping on exchanges/Refunds.
*Goods that are required to stay sanitary and ALL professional products are exempt from being returned. If your Item is damaged during transit, you have 72 hours to report it to us through email at email@example.com Please let us know if you have any additional questions.

WHAT BRAND OF SHIRTS DO YOU USE?
We use District Clothing as our t-shirt brand. Super comfy fit and feel on all different styles.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY SHIRT IS DEFECTIVE OR I GET THE WRONG SHIRT?
If this does happen, we are truly sorry. Send us an email at email@example.com and include your order number, details of how we messed up and any pictures you may have. We will send out the right one right away and cover the cost of shipping to send the defective shirt back to us.
I ORDERED MULTIPLE ITEMS ON THE SAME PURCHASE. WILL EVERYTHING COME IN ONE BOX?
This Depends. Depending on the items you order they may or may not come in one box. For logistical reasons our products are stored in several warehouses throughout the world. Please keep this in mind if you ordered more then one item.
IS YOUR WEBSITE SECURE?
Absolutely! Security is important to us. That is why we chose to offer multiple payment options. You can use Paypal, Amazon or pay like normal. We use the same security that Facebook®, Paypal®, BMW® and many other large companies use to protect your information.
I NEVER RECEIVED A CONFIRMATION EMAIL. DID MY ORDER GO THROUGH?
Confirmation emails are sent out with every order. If you placed a order, sometimes they land in your junk/spam folder. If you still do not see it, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
DO YOU PROVIDE TRACKING NUMBERS?
Yes, after your order is shipped you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for it to display correctly on the USPS tracking site.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ITEMS?
All items are subject to have a handling time. Apparel items should be received within 1-2 weeks of your order date. (This may be a little longer for international delivery) For other specialty and giveaway items, please allow up to 2 to 3 weeks for delivery time as they may be shipping from other countries. Typically it is sooner. We just want to set the right expectations.
Shoes are usually made to order and can take longer than other items.
